About Engineered Sports
We Offer Physical Therapy and Sports Conditioning Programs
Engineered Sports is a physical therapy facility dedicated to establishing a higher system of rehabilitation and performance training. We are pioneering advanced levels of performance physical therapy and sports conditioning, setting the standard as the ring leaders in Western Washington by establishing the first performance training facility of its kind that integrates sports physical therapists, sports performance coaches, athletic trainers, nutritionists and massage therapists, all under one roof.
At Engineered Sports we bridge the gap between injury and performance. This is unique to today’s traditional rehabilitation models which often fail to complete the entire rehab process; the point at which the athlete is back competing at their sport. Engineered Sports has the expertise, the facility and the performance equipment necessary to complete this process, ensuring that you as an athlete can safely and effectively reintegrated back to your sport without restrictions.
We Prove Our Expertise With Certification
Not all “Sports Physical Therapy” clinics are created equally. When we say that we “specialize” or “offer” Sports Therapy Training, we do so by putting our credentials behind our claim. Engineered Sports is a one-of- a-kind facility in our region that has two board-certified sports specialists, a distinction, and specialization that has been attained by less than 2% of all physical therapists nationwide.
We encourage all our athletes and clients to do their homework when choosing the right sports therapy training facility for their sports-injuries and rehabilitation needs. Here at Engineered Sports, we got you covered. Our sports physical therapy specialists have been formally recognized with advanced clinical knowledge, skill and experience as the very top in their field here in the United States. Contact us to set a time to meet with our sports physical therapists or to take a tour of our facility.
Why Choose Us?

Injury Prevention Training is often left out of the overall process of rehabilitation and performance training. At Engineered Sports we incorporate Injury Prevention Training in both our physical therapy and sports performance programs. From ACL injury prevention to Rotator Cuff injury prevention, we have advanced training techniques that help to protect the body’s vitally important structures. The end result means increased playing time and decreased injuries.

We believe it takes a team effort to help build and rebuild athletes. We also believe you need to have a set of principles, a philosophy, and a methodology to take athletes to the next level, or to effectively rehabilitate athletes from injury to competition. Engineered Sports employs a system known as Matrix Athletix Training, a performance training system that integrates strength-power, movement, speed, core power and regeneration, all of which are critical components for building better athletes. The Matrix Athletix Training System is used by the entire performance team which helps to eliminate the frustration and confusion of athletes as they attempt to reach their goals. You will not be confused by multiple treatment approaches or different training systems from multiple sports physical therapists. You will receive a comprehensive and systematic performance plan under the direction of one leader, one team and one system, ensuring a positive and successful experience.

Trying to specialize in every discipline of physical therapy and in all its treatment philosophy’s can take a lifetime. It often produces a type of facility that offers a wide range of options, but thin on expertise in any specific area. Without focus and specialization your rehab process can become diluted and unproductive. At Engineered Sports, we have dedicated our energy, effort, and research to sports injuries & performance rehabilitation. Our programs are engineered to upgrade lives, designed & built by athletes for athletes. From football to hockey, from gymnastics to swimming, we got you covered. Our goal is your goal; get you healthy and get you back in the game.
